Cristian Rodenas Cerezo

Cristian Rodenas Cerezo has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Cristian currently holds the position of Head of IT Services at Small World Financial Services, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the IT Global Service Manager at IWG plc from October 2020 to February 2022.

Before IWG plc, Cristian worked at G2, Gobierno y Gestión de TI from June 2017 to January 2018 as an IT Consultant, and from February 2018 to October 2020 as an IT Service Manager. Cristian was responsible for managing IT services and providing consultancy in this role.

From June 2016 to May 2017, Cristian worked at Fujitsu Spain as the Head of Service Management Office, where they oversaw service delivery and ensured alignment with organizational goals. Cristian also had a role as a Service Delivery Manager for a brief period from March 2016 to June 2016 at Fujitsu Spain.

Additionally, Cristian has experience working at Schneider Electric, where they held the positions of Incident Management Technical Analyst from May 2013 to September 2015 and IT Senior Service Desk Technical Analyst from February 2007 to May 2013. In these roles, they provided technical support to users and resolved various software and hardware issues.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Cristian worked as an IT Support Technician at IMMST from February 2006 to February 2007.

Cristian Rodenas Cerezo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including expertise in Coaching and NLP from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona in 2022, an ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition certification from PeopleCert in 2020, and an Agile Scrum Foundation certification from EXIN in 2020. Cristian has also obtained several ITIL certifications from PeopleCert and APMG International between 2015 and 2019, as well as a Lean IT Foundation certification from EXIN in 2017. In 2016, they obtained a First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge Assessment English.
