Emily Thon

Emily Thon is a versatile professional with a diverse background in illustration, education, and customer service. As a self-employed freelance illustrator and graphic designer since January 2014, Emily collaborates closely with clients to fulfill artistic visions. In the role of Lead Teacher at Small World Learning Center since February 2017, effective classroom management and lesson plan development demonstrate strong pedagogical skills. Previous experience includes positions at OfficeMax, where design projects were executed using Photoshop and InDesign, and as an Audiology Assistant, where patient care and administrative tasks were pivotal. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from University of Minnesota Boot Camps.
