Ross Beale

Ross Beale is an accomplished technology leader with a robust background in software development and education. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Smaller Earth Group since June 2023, Ross oversees the development of an in-house CRM product, manages a diverse product team, and contributes to technical strategy as part of the global leadership team. Previously, Ross held significant roles at Shopify, including Head of Technology and Senior Technical Educator, where Ross shaped technical learning programs for engineers. Ross's experience as CTO at We Are Wildgoose and Co-Founder/Technical Director of Airbyte showcases a strong track record in managing technical teams, developing innovative software solutions, and fostering career growth within the tech industry.
