David Op de Beeck

David Op de Beeck has extensive experience in project management and service delivery within the healthcare and technology sectors. As a Project Leader for Terminology at FOD VVVL since January 2019, David oversees terminology projects related to the eHealth plan. Concurrently, David has served as a Service Delivery Manager at Smals since June 2005, focusing on quality assurance and coordination of support processes, internal and external service providers, and customer reporting in alignment with Service Level Agreements. David's prior roles include Internal Audit and Service Level Management, as well as an ITIL Service Desk Trainer/Coach and Customer Support Representative at CTG. David began a career as a Text Corpus Linguist at Lernout and Hauspie Speech Products. Academically, David holds a Master's degree in Romance Languages from KU Leuven and completed further education at Antwerp Management School between 2011 and 2013.
