Adam Mason

Adam Mason has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam is currently the Director of Business Applications at Smarsh since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Business Applications at Smarsh from February 2022 to November 2023. Before joining Smarsh, Adam worked at Micro Focus as a Business Operations Manager from June 2019 to February 2022, where they were responsible for business transformation and the design of the Customer Portal. Adam also held roles such as Problem Management Manager, Operations Lead in EMEA, and Project Manager for Audit Services (Big Data) at Micro Focus. Earlier in their career, Adam was a Marketing Analyst at UPS from October 2012 to June 2013 and a Business Intelligence Analyst at Lifestyle Services Group from January 2011 to November 2011. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Keele University Students' Union (KeeleSU) as President and Vice-President (Education & Welfare), where they spearheaded strategic negotiations, staff restructuring, and successful campaigns. Adam also served as Treasurer & Secretary at the West Midlands Area NUS, where they managed financial accounts and budgets.

Adam Mason completed their education at multiple institutions. Adam attended Ysgol Aberconwy from 1998 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and Law from Keele University, which they completed between 2005 and 2008. Finally, Adam obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Keele University between 2010 and 2012.
