Brian Gouge is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in network and system administration, technical consulting, and implementation management. Currently serving as Implementation Manager and Senior Implementation Engineer at Smarsh since October 2019, Brian oversees the Implementation Services team, ensuring high-quality service provisioning and exceptional customer experience. Brian’s expertise encompasses cloud services integration, IT project management, and comprehensive technical support, gained through roles at organizations such as MyComputerCareer, Phaty LLC, and JBR. With a strong foundation in Microsoft and Cisco certifications, Brian holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Systems from Phillips Jr College.
