Nir Goshen

Nir Goshen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nir is currently working as the CTO at Got Capital since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Yalber from 2012, where they served as the CTO and product manager. During their time at Yalber, Nir was responsible for developing an end-to-end platform for the financial and human operation, including marketing, sales, underwriting, and analytics. Nir also built and managed an in-house development team. From 2014, Nir co-founded and served as the CTO of smartalec.com, an app that connects students with local tutors. In 2015, they became a co-founder and board member of Smart Alec. Before these ventures, Nir worked at Vizrt from 2003 to 2012, where they held various roles, including Director of Usability and UX and Creative Director. At Vizrt, they spearheaded the implementation of UX practices, created a cross-functional team, and advocated for user-centric design principles.
