Isaiah Mosiori

Isaiah Mosiori is the current Chief Operations Officer at Smart Applications International. Isaiah has over ten years of experience working in the IT industry in various positions. Isaiah started their career as an Infrastructure Officer & Business Engineer at E-Soft International Ltd in 2006. There, they were responsible for implementations of IT network management systems, training users on deployed IT systems, and managing projects for all ICT deployments. In 2008, they transitioned to Smart Applications International Ltd where they became the Regional Support Officer. In this role, they were responsible for system installations and upgrades, managing field support and contact centre teams, training on deployed systems, and initiating and carrying out system integrations at various client sites. Isaiah also monitored data transmission over established VPNs for company healthcare access platforms. In 2009, they were promoted to their current position as the Chief Operations Officer. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, product development, customer service, and finance.

Isaiah Mosiori has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

Isaiah Mosiori reports to Harrison Muiru, Group Managing Director. Isaiah Mosiori works with Gladys Njogu - Finance Manager, Esther Macharia - Head of Hospital Operations, and Grace Gathuri - Customer Experience Manager.
