Matt Heacox

Matt joined Smart Choice® in February of 2020 as a part of the Inside Sales team. Matt is responsible for following up with new leads along with contacting agents to make them aware of new incentives that are being offered. Prior to working at Smart Choice, Matt had over a decade of customer service and sales training experience. Matt brings with him a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
