Andy Neocleous

Andy Neocleous is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop management and infrastructure support. Currently serving as Desktop IT Manager at Smart Communications since June 2018, Andy oversees a customer conversations management platform utilized by over 500 global brands. Prior to this role, Andy worked at Thunderhead from July 2006 to June 2018 as an IT Infrastructure Consultant, focusing on the installation and maintenance of IT systems across multiple continents, including hardware and software procurement, systems administration, and network support. Earlier experience includes a position as a PC/Server Technician at Digital Repair Centre Ltd from August 2004 to June 2006. Andy holds a BSc in Computer Networks from Middlesex University and has achieved Microsoft Certified Professional status through Prometric Testing Centres in 2009.
