Paul Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to the present day. Paul started their career at Schlumbergersema Inc as a QA Analyst in 2000. Following this, they worked at Advanced Visual Technology as a Support & Test Engineer from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, Paul joined Smart Communications and held various roles including Global Support Manager, Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager & CSM Operations Team Lead, and currently they hold the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager & CSM Operations Team Lead.
Paul Matthews obtained a BSc in Computer Science from the University of South Wales, which they attended from 1994 to 1999. In addition, they obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from SuccessHACKER in October 2022 and October 2023, respectively.
