Linda Litherland

Linda Litherland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Leadership at Smart DCC, Linda has previously held positions such as Associate Consultant at Zircon BeTalent and Executive and Career Coach at 10Eighty. Additionally, Linda has worked as a Workshop Facilitator and Coach at LifeClubs and is the Owner of Essence-CTC. Linda's educational background includes CIPD studies from 2003 to 2005 and a foundational education at Little Heath School from 1979 to 1984, with a focus on English and Maths.
