Katherine Eisenberg is an Associate Strategy Director at Smart Design since May 2018, leading teams in business, product, and service design, while developing and executing comprehensive research programs to drive insights for design projects. Previously, Katherine held multiple strategic roles at Master & Dynamic from January 2017 to January 2018, including Manager of Brand Collaborations, overseeing the creation of limited edition audio products in collaboration with prestigious brands and artists. Prior experience includes positions at OXO, where substantial contributions were made in product development for the Kitchen Organization category, and various internships in editorial and design roles at The Daily Pennsylvanian and ELLE Magazine. Katherine's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Health & Societies from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a professional certificate in Graphic & Digital Design from Parsons School of Design.
