Before that, they worked at Oracle as a Cloud Principle Lead, where they played a crucial role in launching Oracle's Global Utilities Cloud customer Bringmeister in Germany and received several awards for their performance excellence. Kuldeep's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture, where they designed and built solutions for the energy trading industry and successfully managed a large offshore team.

Kuldeep A. completed the LEAD Business program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2019 to 2020. In 2023, they enrolled in the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, specializing in Leading in the Digital Era. Prior to that, Kuldeep obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2001 to 2005, with a focus on Electronics.
