Sudhanshu Mishra has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sudhanshu began their career at Sonyo Consultants as a Senior Executive-Resourcing, handling recruitment processes. Moving on to HCL Technologies Ltd, they worked in Corporate-HR focusing on Compensation & Benefits. Later, at Citagus Software Pvt. Ltd, they took on roles as a Functional Consultant-HRMS and then as a Senior Analyst, showcasing their skills in project management and client collaboration. Currently, they are at Smart ERP Solutions Inc. as a Services Delivery Director, where they lead project teams, manages client relationships, and ensures timely project completion with exceptional results.

Sudhanshu Mishra holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration from Charisma University (2017-2020) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource & Finance from the Institute of Management & Research (2004-2006). Additionally, Mishra has certification in the National Stock Exchange's Certification in Financial Market (NCFM) related to Capital Market "Dealers Module".
