Magdy Ali has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Magdy currently serves as the Director of Operations at Smart Eye, where they oversee the administration, finance, hiring, and HR teams. Prior to this role, Magdy worked at Affectiva as the Director of Operations, responsible for managing the administration, finance, HR, and hiring teams. During their tenure, they successfully grew the Cairo team from 12 to 70 members and facilitated the incorporation of Affectiva Egypt LLC. Before that, Magdy worked as the Branch Manager at Beyond the Line, where they supervised the media services operation in Saudi Arabia, handled client communication, and supervised the production house team. Magdy also has experience in the tourism industry, serving as an Assistant Tourism Manager at MARHABA TOURS, where they customized travel arrangements, designed marketing packages, and conducted sales visits. In the early years of their career, Magdy worked at Hilton in various positions, including Assistant Front Office Manager and Guest Service Agent, where they managed reception, guest relations, and handled guest inquiries and requests.
