Rosie Squieri

Rosie Squieri has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Rosie started their career in 1991 at Smart & Final as a District Manager, where they remained until 2011. Rosie then joined Chedraui USA in 2023 as the Senior Vice President of Store Development & Construction. Prior to this, Rosie held various positions of increasing responsibility at Smart & Final, including Vice President of Procurement and Capital Management, Vice President of Operations Support, and Vice President of Construction and Procurement. Throughout their career, Rosie has focused on overseeing construction and development projects, managing procurement and capital plans, and ensuring cost control for store and corporate repairs and maintenance.

Rosie Squieri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach in 1992. In addition to their formal education, Rosie also obtained a Food Industry Management Executive Program Certificate from Cornell University in 2011 and a Food Industry Management (FIM) Certificate from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business in 1996.
