Dror Galron

Dror Galron has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dror is currently the owner of Galron Tech, a company they established in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of R&D and Operations at SMART Medical Systems LTD. from 2020 onwards. In 2020, they also briefly served as a Business Development Manager at a medical device startup. Before that, they were a Senior Research and Development Project Manager at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. from 2019 to 2020. Dror Galron has also co-founded and served as the CTO of Powhere, a stealth mode company focused on developing AI and Machine Learning technologies for electric vehicle charging management, from 2018 to 2019. From 2013 to 2018, they held the position of VP R&D and CTO at WINT wi (formerly Aqua-Rimat), where they led a multidisciplinary R&D organization developing SaaS-based IoT systems. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Group Manager at ECI Telecom from 2009 to 2013, and as a Group Manager and R&D Director at Flash Networks from 2007 to 2009. Dror also has experience as a Team Leader at Infineon Savan in 2006 and as a Leading Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Avaya from 2001 to 2006. Throughout their career, Dror Galron has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has contributed to the development of innovative technologies across various industries.

Dror Galron attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Systems Engineering.
