Alex Corzo has a long and varied work history. Alex began their career in 2003 with a temporary position as a Contracting Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency. In 2005, they moved to Walt Disney World as a Recruitment and Special Events Marketing Coordinator. In 2006, they joined Universal Orlando Resort as a CRM and Email Marketing Manager. In 2007, they began working at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation as a Digital Strategy and Services Manager. In 2012, they joined Orlando Health as a Brand and Digital Integration Manager. Since 2010, they have also served as a Co-Founder and Strategic Relations Manager at Smart Panda Labs, a digital consulting agency.
Alex Corzo completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida International University from 2000 to 2004. Alex then obtained a Certificate in Board Member Orientation from the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College in January 2021. In March 2017, they received a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce. In May 2013, they were certified as a Value Proposition Development Professional and a Fundamentals of Online Testing Professional from MECLABS Institute. Finally, in January 2010, they obtained a Certified Email Marketing Professional certification from MECLABS Institute. Alex is currently enrolled in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they are pursuing a Certificate of Strategy & Innovation in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
