Borna Kapusta

Borna Kapusta is a seasoned Ruby Developer currently employed at Smart Pension since November 2021, while also serving as the Owner of RubyLabs during the same period. Borna co-founded Rukoplastika, contributing to the company from January 2020 to January 2022, and worked as a Ruby on Rails Software Engineer at Effectiva studio from October 2018 to October 2021. Additional experience includes lecturing at SmartNinja and the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, where Borna engaged as an external lecturer. Early career roles include part-time software engineering at CactusCode and electronic promotion at LG Electronics. Borna holds a Master’s degree in Intelligent Transport Systems and two Bachelor's degrees: one in Intelligent Transport Systems and another in Computer Science, all acquired from the University of Zagreb and Alumni VSITE.
