Jesse Helmer

Jesse Helmer is a Senior Research Associate at Smart Prosperity Institute. Jesse is also a Lecturer at Western University and Huron University. Jesse has experience as a Councillor and Deputy Mayor for the City of London. Jesse holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government from Western University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English literature & applied studies from the University of Waterloo. Jesse has a diverse background in teaching, research, and public service.
