Prior to this, they worked at CI&T as a Test Analyst/QA, contributing to various testing activities such as test case creation, test automation, and defect lifecycle management. Jessica also played a role in developing engineering processes and worked on a logistics project.

Before CI&T, Jessica worked at Paraná Banco S/A as a Test Analyst/QA, where they were responsible for test strategy development, test case creation, and maintenance of automated tests. Jessica utilized various technologies such as C#, .Net Core, RestSharp, Selenium, and more.
