Reddy Karri

Reddy Karri began their career in 1996 as Vice President at i2 Technologies Inc., where they were instrumental in the company's growth from $11M to $1.4B. In 2004, they were recruited by the COO of DataCert Corp. to build a scalable engineering organization in support of dynamic growth. Reddy then moved to Symcon Global Technologies (SGT) Inc. in 2006, where they were recruited by the CEO to develop and implement aggressive growth and delivery strategies. This led to the startup's revenue growing from $1M to $13M annual run rate in 18 months, with 50% gross margins. In 2007, they were recruited by the CEO and Founder of Berggi Inc. to lead the development of location-based services for mobile devices and build Platform as a Service (PaaS) cloud technology business with global clients. Reddy then moved to Aldata Solution SAS in 2009, where they were recruited by the CEO to transition the company from a solutions company to a software/SaaS company. Reddy then moved to HARMAN International in 2015, where they were VP & General Manager of Software Enabled Businesses, and held full P&L responsibility for a 2200-person delivery organization with 9 locations across Europe, Asia, Russia, and the Americas. In 2016, they were recruited by First Advantage as EVP & Chief Technology Officer, and during their tenure, they launched four innovation products to market and reduced cycle time to bring new features to market through agile software development practices and DevOps. In 2020, they moved to Fortium Partners as Sr. Partner, and in 2021, they became the CEO of Vetty, a next-generation identity and background verification platform.

Reddy Karri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University (formerly Mysore University).
