Tiffany Putland

Tiffany Putland is the Owner and Founder of Smart Start Solutions, Inc., established in October 2021, a consulting business dedicated to assisting small to medium-sized enterprises in adopting effective operational processes akin to those of larger corporations. Currently serving as a Food & Pet Food Operations & Process Implementation Mentor at SKU since August 2023, Tiffany provides expertise to entrepreneurial pet food and treat businesses. Tiffany also held the role of Fractional COO at Quebracho Empanadas from November 2023 to June 2024, focusing on operational management and continuous improvements. Prior experience includes extensive tenure at Cargill from November 2006 to August 2021, where Tiffany managed the Specialty Pet Food business and spearheaded initiatives for growth and value creation within the protein sector. Earlier career roles as an Account Executive at Wilmington Finance and Amerus Home Lending Solutions rounded out Tiffany's professional journey. Tiffany graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.
