Abdullah Alshamrani

Abdullah Alshamrani is an Information Technology Engineer currently working with the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP) since April 2024, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining IT dashboards and administering Office 365 environments. Since September 2021, Abdullah has also held a position at Smart Technology Solutions, focusing on IT policy development, best practice implementation, and budgeting for the IT department. Previous experience includes serving as an IT Support Specialist, providing onsite and remote user support, and analyzing server and backup status reports. Abdullah earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University, graduating in 2021.
