Ella Dodd

Ella Dodd possesses a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education from Canterbury Christ Church University. Ella began their career as a Holiday Club Assistant at The Bridge School before transitioning to becoming a Primary School Teacher at REAch2 Academy Trust. Ella then worked as a Supply Teacher at Prospero Teaching, followed by various roles at Smart Works Charity, where Ella currently holds the title of Head of Events and Community Fundraising. Additionally, Ella has prior experience as a PR and Marketing intern at The Theatre Royal. Ella's skill set includes event management, community fundraising, and teaching in primary education.
