Tracey Lucas-Apea CMgr FCMI serves as the Centre Manager at Smart Works Charity since November 2024, with extensive experience in various coaching and management roles. As Company Director of LUCAS APEA ASSOCIATES LTD since January 2016, Tracey has also held positions including Employment Coach at Abri Group, Employment & Skills Coach at Spelthorne Borough Council, and Careers Consultant at King's College London.
