Tina Anstett

Tina Anstett is an experienced legal professional specializing in ERISA and regulatory matters in the retirement sector. Currently, Tina serves as Senior ERISA Counsel at Smart USA Co since April 2022. Previously, Tina held multiple director-level positions at Equitable from January 2013 to March 2022, focusing on product regulatory and sales support for group retirement, as well as advanced markets. Tina's career also includes a role as Director of Advanced Markets - 401(k) at AXA Distributors in January 2013, and a long tenure at USI Consulting Group from March 1995 to January 2013, where Tina served as SVP and Chief Legal Officer. Tina earned a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
