Jay Baker has extensive experience in the banking industry. Jay is currently working at SmartBank as the SVP, Commercial Banking Manager. Prior to this, they worked at BBVA Compass as a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager for 13 years. Before that, they worked at Credit Suisse as a Tax Credit Underwriter for two years and at Guilford Capital as a Tax Credit Underwriter/Analyst for two years. Jay began their career at Regions Mortgage Corporation as a Business Analyst / Secondary Marketing for four years.

Jay Baker earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2000.
