Albert Bou Fadel has a wealth of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2006, they began their career as a Management Trainee at Al-Tamimi Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where they learned operations management and quality assurance. In 2007, they moved to Al-Jomaih Holding Company Ltd. as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2008, they became the Operations Manager at Restaurant Al-Fares in Lebanon. In 2009, they co-founded Kunouz Al-Shark in Lebanon, where they established and managed the company's day-to-day operations. In 2010, they co-founded Super Fresh Juices Ltd. in Lebanon, where they were responsible for all company operations. In 2011, they co-founded Continental Glass SAL in Lebanon, where they were responsible for machinery purchase, installation, and technical training/maintenance program, as well as budgeting, marketing, recruitment, pricing, and administration. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Continental Glass Systems, LLC, first as a Project Consultant and Business Developer, then as a Project Consultant. During this time, they oversaw and maintained workflow on Baha Mar Ltd. project, led business development and marketing efforts in the Caribbean, set up on-site office, created and implemented procedures, integrated himself into client environment, and led project teams. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of SmartBarrel, where they are driven to help the construction industry simplify operations with powerful and simple tools.
Albert Bou Fadel attended the Lebanese American University from 2006 to 2009, taking courses in Industrial Engineering. Albert then obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Marketing from the same university, graduating in 2011.
