Donatello Montrone

Donatello Montrone has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors. Currently an Advisor and Managing Director at SmartBite since June 2020, Donatello is responsible for developing and executing improvement initiatives and collaborates with local GMs and regional heads. Previously, Donatello served as Country Head/Founder for SmartBite in the Philippines, focusing on P&L management and growth targets while specializing in building high-performing teams. In addition to the current role at SmartBite, Donatello is a Co-Owner of Al Dente Fresh Pasta Bar and was the CEO and Co-Founder of Vinoom Inc. from January 2015 to February 2020. Donatello's background also includes military service in the Esercito Italiano from December 2005 to June 2017 at the Centro addestramento Paracadutisti.
