Naushad Ahmad

Naushad Ahmad has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Naushad began their career at HCL Technologies in 2017, starting as an Executive (TP) and later transitioning to the roles of Executive and Senior Executive. Naushad worked in these positions until February 2021.

From June 2021 to June 2022, Naushad worked at Wipro Limited as a Solution Manager.

In June 2022, they joined Quantiphi as a Senior Business Analyst and worked there until December 2022.

Currently, Naushad is employed at SmartBots as a Cloud Architect since January 2023.

Naushad Ahmad completed their Senior Secondary Education at Good Samaritan School from 2005 to 2012. Naushad then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech.) from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, graduating in 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Naushad obtained several certifications in various fields. In January 2021, they completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate offered by Google. Naushad also completed the Google IT Support Specialization through Coursera in the same month.

In 2021, Naushad achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Throughout 2022, they obtained multiple certifications, including Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations, Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals, Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud, Perform Foundational Data, ML, and AI Tasks in Google Cloud, Contact Center AI: Conversational Design Fundamentals, Virtual Agent Development in Dialogflow CX for Citizen Devs, Virtual Agent Development in Dialogflow CX for Software Devs, Virtual Agent Development in Dialogflow ES for Citizen Devs, and Virtual Agent Development in Dialogflow ES for Software Devs, all from Google. Additionally, they completed the Alteryx Foundational Micro-Credential from Alteryx, and multiple certifications from the Soul Machines Academy, namely Building a Custom User Interface (UI), Conversation Implementation, Get to Know the Basics, Persona & Conversation Design, and Technical Solutioning - Introduction.
