Iñigo Flores has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Iñigo began their career as a Marketing Executive at Lufthansa City Center International GmbH from October 2002 to November 2004. Iñigo then joined VBH Deutschland GmbH as the Marketing & Communication Manager Iberia-LATAM, where they built the Spanish marketing department and managed a team of two professionals from February 2005 to June 2006.

In July 2006, Iñigo became the Marketing Director at Vocalcom, leading a team of four employees and overseeing relationships with media, providers, developers, and collaborators. Iñigo achieved significant sales growth and increased market share in LATAM during their tenure, which lasted until March 2009.

From March 2009 to March 2011, Iñigo served as the Global Marketing Director at EBD, where they led a marketing and public relations team to develop initiatives and strategies aligning with the company's business goals. Iñigo successfully increased market share and brand positioning, while also managing the overall marketing department.

In 2013, Iñigo joined Fonnk as the Chief All Things Done Officer, contributing to the company's mission of providing competitively priced electronic accessories for tech-passionate users. Iñigo played a key role in defining the brand's voice and selection of products, remaining with Fonnk until October 2016.

In 2010, Iñigo founded Smartbrand and served as the Founder & CEO. Smartbrand aimed to provide talent without middlemen, eliminating salespeople and account managers from the equation.

Iñigo's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found DWX in October 2018, where they assumed the role of Co-Founder and CEO. However, their time with DWX ended in February 2023.

Iñigo Flores completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire between 1998 and 2002. Later, in 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Global Marketing from La Salle BES - Universitat Ramon Llull.
