At Smaato, Travis provided technical assistance for account managers ensuring the best product fit and smooth integration with clients. Travis also provided or built out specs where needed for product to easily vet engineering requirements. In addition, Travis was responsible for technical assistance for publishers integrating via Smaato’s mobile SDK, API or oRTB integrations. This included performance analysis of existing accounts to flag and remedy any potential issues; revenue discrepancies, low fill/view rate, floor price optimizations etc. Lastly, Travis built out Databricks notebooks for all SEs to use for ad-hoc analysis of inventory technical health.
In terms of tooling, Travis built out Salesforce reports and dashboards so management could easily review the week’s activities for revenue calls. Travis also automated the data gathering process for Smaato's Business Reviews enabling Account Managers to cut time from 2 hours to 20 minutes.
