Ada Ubah

Ada Ubah is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles, currently serving as the Head, Legal and Company Secretary at Smartcash PSB since May 2023. Prior to this, Ada held multiple positions at Cellulant from July 2016, including Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Legal and Compliance Manager, providing expertise in legal advice, compliance processes, and corporate governance. Previous experience includes working as a Corporate Legal Counsel and a Legal Associate at Ethan and Magdel. Ada has a solid educational background, having obtained a Barrister and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Nigeria qualification from the Nigerian Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Northampton, along with a foundational law course from Kaplan Holborn College.
