Jean-Luc Saillard

Jean-Luc Saillard has extensive experience in the language services industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Smartcat since December 2015, where the focus is on improving the translation industry by connecting linguists, companies, and agencies. Prior to this role, Jean-Luc was the COO at ABBYY Language Services USA from July 2012 to December 2015, overseeing language technology solutions for a diverse client base, including major global brands. Additionally, Jean-Luc held the position of CEO at Connective Language Services LLC from June 2002 to July 2012 and served as VP at STAR USA LLC between 1999 and 2000.
