Viktoria Alimova is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Smartcat, Viktoria previously held the position of Senior IT Recruiter at TripleTen, drawing on expertise gained from a significant tenure at Raiffeisen Bank Russia, where Viktoria advanced from Recruitment Associate to Principal Recruitment Consultant.
