LaBrea Marshall has a diverse work experience in various industries. LaBrea started their career as an Intern: Production Specialist at Southeast Career and Technical Academy, where they gained experience in planning, developing, and managing multimedia projects. LaBrea also assisted with stage setup and removal, adjusted lighting and audio-visual equipment, and designed creative advertisements for news shows.
LaBrea then worked as an Intern: Media Manager at BLV Music Group, an independent record label. There, they managed the company's social media platforms and updated the website, Instagram, YouTube Channel, Facebook, and Twitter.
After that, LaBrea served as an Office Assistant at Barry University Professional and Career Education (PACE), where they provided administrative support, including answering phone calls, receiving visitors, and digital organizing. LaBrea also performed word processing and data entry tasks.
Later, LaBrea joined Asurion powered by Verizon Wireless as a Premiere Support Specialist. In this role, they delivered exceptional customer service and technical expertise to Verizon Wireless customers. LaBrea assisted them with device set-up, device capability education, technical analysis, and resolved various technical problems.
LaBrea then worked as a Radio Show Media Coordinator at In Your Ear Radio, where they produced content for social media platforms and was responsible for filming, editing, and posting the radio show on YouTube Channel as well as live streaming on Facebook.
Currently, LaBrea is working at Smart City Networks as an Advanced Exhibitor Sales representative. In this role, they assist exhibitors with their service needs for upcoming events and educates them about the services offered by the company, such as internet, telephone, electrical, and plumbing services. LaBrea also contacts exhibitors prior to incentive deadlines to ensure they can take advantage of the best prices available.
LaBrea Marshall obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a minor in Broadcast Emerging Media and Public Relations from Barry University. LaBrea attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
