Rafael Quintero La Cruz is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in business solutions engineering, technology management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Business Solutions Engineer at SmartCloud Solutions Global since March 2015, Rafael focuses on understanding clients' technological needs and business objectives to propose impactful solutions that drive return on investment. Additionally, Rafael holds dual roles as CTO and COO at Asistentevirtual.agency since July 2018, and previously served as Coordinador de Soporte en Plataforma at Softech Consultores, managing substantial IT support services. With a background at CANTV as a TI Systems Integrator and Technical Project Leader, as well as experience as an IT System Administrator at EASE Global Insurance Technology, Rafael has a strong foundation in implementing, managing, and supporting a range of technological solutions.
