John Carr

John Carr has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus in corporate counsel and international business development. John served as Vice President, General Counsel & Corp. Secretary at Smarte Carte, Inc. from 2001 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Chief Counsel International Business Development at HMS Host from 1996 to 2001. Before that, they worked as Vice Pres. & Associate General Counsel at Caterair International Corp. from 1990 to 1996.

John Carr completed their education at Dickinson College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. John attended the college from 1970 to 1974. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the National Law Center, George Washington University, from 1974 to 1977. During this time, they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
