Randy Sparks

Randy Sparks has worked in the professional world since 1991, beginning with a role as a Fabrication/Installer/CAD Apprentice at Allsouth Sprinkler Company. In 1996, they became the General Manager of Lulus Bait Shack, where they were responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing over 70 employees. In 2004, they opened two Foot Solutions locations in Austell and Roswell, Georgia and developed new store marketing/branding strategies. From 2015-2018, they worked as a Design Consultant for California Closets, designing pantries, wall units, home office systems, garages and walk-in and reach-in closets throughout the home. Most recently, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for Smartegies, LLC.

Randy Sparks obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Information Systems from DeVry University between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they hold a Certified Pedorthist (C.Ped) certification from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics, Inc.
