Richard van der Dys

Richard van der Dys has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richard started their career as a Software Developer at Docudesk in May 2011 and worked there until November 2012. Following that, they joined The Container Store as an Application Developer in November 2012 and stayed with the company until February 2016.

In February 2016, Richard joined Moovweb as a Senior Platform Engineer and contributed to the development of various projects, including MoovCheckout, React Storefront, and Layer0. Richard worked at Moovweb until February 2022.

Richard then moved on to Truepill in April 2022, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer until December 2022. Currently, they are employed at SmarterDx as a Senior Software Engineer since December 2022. SmarterDx focuses on improving hospital revenue and quality metrics through their software solutions, specifically aiding hospital staff in diagnosis retrieval.

Richard van der Dys attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering.
