Ryan is passionate about enhancing marketing for the country’s best bicycle dealers. With more than 25 years of related experience, Ryan has worked in almost every aspect of the bicycle retail distribution network, from turning wrenches at the local bike shop to launching new products for Trek Bicycle Corporation. Before joining SmartEtailing, Ryan founded Harvest Retail Marketing, a leader in marketing solutions for independent bike dealers. His diverse background has engendered a deep understanding of the challenges facing independent retailers and the importance of implementing proven solutions to grow those businesses.

Ryan’s aim is to help retailers maximize their long-term growth and profitability. This belief has helped him build lasting partnerships with many of the nation's top bicycle dealers. Ryan holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
