Ron Vrijmoet has extensive experience in the fields of AI, user experience, and customer experience. Ron is currently the Managing Partner - Capite Procuratio at DEUS: human(ity)-centered AI, where they focus on designing and unlocking services that transform the way we live through data, engineering, user-experience, and strategy. Prior to this, Ron co-founded Smartify in 2015, a company dedicated to creating the best customer experiences. Ron also held various roles at Accenture Interactive Amsterdam, including Managing Director of MOBGEN I Accenture Interactive, where they helped clients create exceptional customer experiences across the entire customer journey. Additionally, Ron is a co-founder of MOBGEN BV, a leading mobile solutions specialist that combines mobile strategy, technology, and design to help clients become more efficient, customer-oriented, and competitive. Before that, they held management positions at JWT, where they had responsibility for multiple marketing communication consultancies, advertising agencies, and CRM and promotional agencies across Europe and Africa. Throughout their career, Ron has received numerous awards for their work in the mobile and marketing industries.
Ron Vrijmoet has an extensive education history. In 1982, they enrolled at the University of Amsterdam and pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, which they completed in 1988. Following this, in 1990 and 1991, Ron attended the International Advertising Association and obtained a degree in Advertising. In 1992 and 1993, they attended the Nethetlands Institute of Marketing and earned a NIMA-B Marketing Diploma. In the same year, they also attended the European Institute of Marketing in France, participating in the INSEAD/European Marketing Program. Additionally, in 1999, they briefly studied at Harvard Business School, focusing on the PMD74 program.
