Eva Porras, PhD has a long and varied work experience. Eva is currently the Managing Director and Lead Researcher at SmartLedger - The World's Leading Blockchain Distribution Channel, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were an Honorary Collaborating Researcher at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (2019), an Expert at the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) (2017), a Publishing at Palgrave Macmillan (2008), the Director of International MBA and International Programs in Business at UNIR Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (2016), the Academic Dean at CEU BUSINESS SCHOOL (2008), the Director of Masters in Finance at INSTITUTO DE EMPRESA (IE BUSINESS SCHOOL) in Madrid, Spain (2000), a Visiting Professor at Various Universities (2000), and an Assistant Professor and Researcher at FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY in Boca Raton, USA (1995).

Eva Porras, PhD, began their educational journey by obtaining a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Florida from 1989 to 1993. Eva then attended Central Michigan University from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an MSA in Business Administration. After that, they completed a PhD in Finance from Florida Atlantic University from 1995 to 2000. In 2001, they returned to Harvard Business School to obtain their CPCL in Finance. Finally, they obtained a DFE in Finance from Harvard Business School in 2007 and a PhD in Business Administration from Universidad de Almería in 2009.
