Jocelyn Eleanor Lozano

Jocelyn Eleanor Lozano is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the digital and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Smartly.io since November 2022, Jocelyn has also held interim and project management roles within the same company. Previous experience includes project management at OLIVER Agency and account management positions at Manyfox Media and Black Peak Hypermedia Inc. Additionally, Jocelyn has worked in various capacities in customer service and hospitality, starting as a Front Office Intern at Seda Hotels and progressing to roles such as Front Office Agent at Red Planet Hotels and Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix. Educationally, Jocelyn is pursuing a Diploma of Education at the University of the Philippines, with a prior Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
