Andy Mills

Andy Mills is an experienced technology executive with a career spanning over three decades, primarily focused on advanced product development in the data center and storage sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Advanced Product Development at SMART Modular Technologies since January 2022, Andy leads initiatives on CXL memory products aimed at data centers and AI/ML applications. Previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of Enmotus, where significant contributions were made to high-performance SSD technologies. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in marketing and business development at companies such as Dot Hill Systems and Ciprico, as well as strategic roles at TDK Semiconductor Corp and Rockwell Semiconductor Systems. Academically, Andy holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangor University.
