Jessica Pope

Jessica Pope has a diverse career in human resources, currently serving as an HR Operational Excellence Specialist at SMART Modular Technologies since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica led HR projects and initiatives at GE Aerospace from April 2023 to November 2023 and held multiple positions at Cree LED, including HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist from December 2021 to April 2023. Jessica's extensive experience at GE Aviation spanned a decade, during which time Jessica progressed through roles such as Regional Benefits Specialist, HR Representative, and Benefits Specialist. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at DeWayne's and HR Coordinator at Freudenberg Nonwovens. Jessica began the professional journey as a Human Resources Management Trainee at Cintas. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 2001 and 2004.
