Jan Chęć

Jan Chęć is an experienced backend leader currently serving as the Backend Lead at smartpatient since January 2019, where responsibilities include delivering solutions for millions of daily active users using technologies such as Python (Django, DRF), MySQL, Celery, and Redis. Previously, Jan worked as a Senior Backend Engineer at smartpatient and held positions as a Senior Software Developer at BrainTech sp. z o. o. and a Senior Backend Developer at Sigmoidal. Jan has a rich background in full stack development and mentoring, having also served as a Computer Science Student Mentor at Uniwersytet Warszawski. Jan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw.
