Neelabh Upadhyay

Neelabh Upadhyay has a broad range of work experience spanning over several years. Neelabh started their career at Modi Kore Telecommunication in 1996 as a Network Communication Executive and then moved on to Koshika Telecomm Limited in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Executive - Customer Care until 2002. Neelabh then joined Reliance Communication Limited as a Cluster Customer Care Head from 2002 to 2007. Neelabh then worked at Dishnet Wireless Limited as a Circle CSD Head from 2007 to 2009, followed by a role as Circle CSD Head at Videocon Telecommunication Limited from 2009 to 2011. Neelabh was then promoted to National QRC Head at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd in 2011. Neelabh's most recent position was at VCON, where they served as the General Manager of Customer Service & Collection-Enterprise from 2011 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Operation Head at Smartping starting from April 2023.

Neelabh Upadhyay completed their Intermediate education at St. Johns School from 1977 to 1990. Neelabh then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University, graduating from 1991 to 1994 with a BA(Hons) degree. Following this, they enrolled at Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan for a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relation and Personal Management, completing it from 1996 to 1997.
